Sorry direct credit card payment is not offered at the
present time, we are expecting to provide this service soon,
at present all orders are to be emailed directly to
sales@italiankitchenware.com and a follow up email reply will be
sent along with complete billing and payment instructions with a
confirmation of your order also complete with shipping, handling and
insurance fees.
Full payment, in U.S. dollars, is due with each order. We
accept money orders
(also will accept International U.S.P.S. money orders,
), checks, PayPal (www.paypal.com) and BidPay (www.bidpay.com).
Returned checks will
be subject to a US$25.00 service fee.

We generally fill and ship orders within two (2) to three
(3) business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

will normally ship via Canada Post. Please
include complete mailing address
for on time delivery. We
are NOT responsible for delivery to supplied wrong

delivery from fire, strikes, weather, casualty, inability to obtain
materials, manufacturer delays, acts of war or other causes
beyond our control.
ALL
our international orders are shipped via Canada Post delivery.

duties, tariffs, or additional customs charges that can incur
when shipping outside of Canada. Packages can be insured to most
countries, but not to all destinations.
