Marcato Pasta Drying Rack

This chrome-plated steel body & base with polycarbonate rack arms, base retracts & arms fold for easy storage. A simple twist turns the rack arms into a spiral form sixteen 8" long arms to provide ample drying space includes handy rod to carry the pasta from maker to rack carrying rod stores in top a unique & delightful design, comes in your chose of one of the following 5 colors and are light blue (as shown) and clear white, light green, light orange, and dark pink. These items are made in Italy. 

 

1. Set up stand then disperse rods evenly around the center post.

2. Using the wand (stored in the center post) catch the noodles as they come out of your pasta machine.

3. Lay the wand along the top of a rod the just roll the wand towards the bottom of the rod.

4. Allow your pasta to dry, Enjoy!
