sent along with complete billing and payment instructions with a
confirmation of your order also complete with shipping and
insurance fees.
Full payment is due to complete and ship each order. We
accept money orders
(preferred International U.S.P.S. money orders), checks (to clear), PayPal
(www.paypal.com) and BidPay
(www.bidpay.com).
Returned checks will
be subject to
a US$25.00 service fee.

do not accept or process any C.O.D. orders!
Orders sent out of Canada will not be taxed by
www.italiankitchenware.com
on billing, but may be subject to states tax (or other
tax, please see note in last paragraph on this page) upon receiving
shipment. Mailed items within Canada will be taxed on invoice
for G.S.T.
(7%) and P.S.T.
(8%) on orders
mailed
within Ontario
only.
Please note it is not the address of the purchaser that the G.S.T.
or P.S.T. applies, its the shipping address destination that will
determine if G.S.T. or P.S.T. will apply according to Revenue Canada
Tax Policy.

DELIVERY
We generally fill and ship orders within one (1) to two
(2) business days. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery
to the U.S.A. and 2 to 3 business days within Canada.
We
normally ship by Expedited Service via Canada Post, if shipment is
needed sooner please email us at
sales@italiankitchenware.com for alternative shipping rates. Please
include complete mailing address
for on time delivery. We
are NOT responsible for delivery to supplied incorrect addresses.

DELAYS IN
SHIPPING

shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in
delivery from fire, strikes, weather, casualty, inability to obtain
materials, manufacturer delays, acts of war or other causes
beyond our control.
ALL
our international orders are shipped via Canada Post delivery.
Please note that Italiankitchenaware.com is not responsible for
duties, tariffs, or additional customs charges that can incur
when shipping outside of Canada. Packages can be insured to most
countries, but not to all destinations.
